There are Four Lights. If you get it, you get it. Founded on common ground of a passion for nerd culture, Tom Hanks, and a severe Weezer addiction, four Seattle musicians have come together to create a pop rock force to be reckoned with. Since Four Lights' debut LP release "Death to False Posi" in 2016, the band has been gaining a strong fan base up and down the West Coast. Two traits have set the quartet apart from the rest - their catchy, riff laden (anti-) love songs and the fact that they play each and every show adorned with full suits.
Four Lights' second full length in 2018, "Kobayashi Maru" , was released on Bomb Pop Records and Stardumb Records. While many musicians struggle with their sophomore release, the tracks on Kobayashi Maru are more cohesive and bolder, proving that the band members have honed their skills and also gelled as a band.
Welcome to 2024. Four Lights is back with their third full length, the self-titled, "Four Lights". Most of the songs began their life well before the 2020 COVID pandemic but they still ring out with a feeling of isolation and loss. Recorded with long time engineer Don Farwell at Earwig Studios and mixed by legend Matt Allison, this new batch of songs shows growth as songsmiths while still leaning into the pop sensibilities and big choruses they have been known for. It's Four Lights at their best.
